Pattern Correction for:
3-D Lighted Tree pattern
from the book 'tis the Season
USING NEW GLASS PIECES FOR THE BOTTOM TWO ROWS OF BRANCHES
If you haven't cut the bottom rows (Row 6 and Row 7) of branches yet,
or want to replace the incorrect ones, here's how to adjust the pattern
pieces:

1)
The pieces in Row 6 should have a top dimension of 1". The pieces
in Row 7 should have a top dimension of 1 1/16" (one and one sixteenth
inches). The illustration here shows the new shapes with the incorrect
shapes shown as a gray dashed lines. It doesn't look like a big difference
but, unfortunately, when multiplied by 10 or 12 pieces in the ring, it
affects the shape of the branch rings significantly.
2) You can redraw the pattern pieces yourself using the
dimensions above, or you can CLICK HERE to view a PDF file with the correct pattern pieces. If you
download and print the PDF file, you will, of course, have to make
sure you are printing it at 100% of its original size. We have
included a ruler on the PDF so you can check your printed copy to make
sure it is the correct size.
3) Using the corrected pattern pieces, you can build the tree branch
rings and assemble them on the original structure as shown in the book.
